Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@novapulse.com.
